_{TLDR: Built a website which finds cheap bus connections in UK - here}

If you are not familiar with public transport in UK, in order to buy a next day train ticket you need to start by jumping on the Darknet. After a few months of making your name on the forums and gaining trust you will hopefully find a good reliable organ trafficker¹. From there it's a pretty straightforward matter of drawing a cold bath with ice cubes and extracting your preferred kidney packing it up. With the obtained funds you may be able to afford an advanced super mega off-peak no refund hit-or-miss probably late fare to your destination.

UK has a few budget bus companies among which Scottish Citylink's Megabus service and the German owned Flixbus seem to consistently provide the best value i.e. fairly good chance from point A to B at some point for little money. As with all the transport companies, the snazzy websites are almost functional and geared to display the most expensive connection possible.

Simple solution here would be to find the API points for both companies and display the results however you like... That is if they had API points...

Enter Buss it - Simple website which searches for the cheapest connection offered by Megabus and Flixbus between two points in UK.

It's written in pure JavaScript and utilises a RapidAPI endpoint for Flixbus search queries and a reverse proxy to satisfy Megabus's CORS policy requirements. Have a look at the source code here (if you're into that type of thing).
